Thank you for shopping with GLOW Cosmetics. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once the order has been processed and shipped.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. Include your order number and clear photos of the item(s) and packaging. We will review the case and may issue a replacement at our discretion.

Incorrect Orders

If you received the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can correct the error.
